Refund Policy

Refund Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase and keep you as a customer for life. We encourage all clients to pre-order a sample, review product descriptions and evaluate artwork proofs to make sure what is ordered and printed fits your requirements before placing a large order. Even then, situations may arise where you'd like to explore a refund. For this reason, we offer a generous 20-day return period beginning the day you receive your item(s).

We will consider returns if the item is defective, did not match the product description we have provided and/or artwork instruction and virtual proofs that you have approved. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging.  

To start a return, please call your sales representative and we will respond within 24 hours. Do not mail returned items until you received a pre-approval and directions from your representative since an authorization number is needed for the return process to start.   Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order within 20 days upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, has an incorrect print or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can take care of the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (candies, chocolates and other food items) and opened personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via the same method you purchased the order. Please take note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
