Do you provide free samples?

Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and Canada. For all other international destinations, customers must provide their own shipping account. We ship to the address on that account; the customer is responsible for arranging final delivery and any additional costs.
How does pricing work? Are there setup fees?
Pricing for custom promotional products includes:
- Unit Price: Cost per item (decreases with higher quantities)
- Setup Fee: Covers artwork preparation and imprint plates — typically $55–$100 per design; often waived on larger orders
- Shipping: Based on weight, quantity, and destination

Can I see a proof before production?
Absolutely. We provide a free digital proof for your approval before we begin production on every order. The proof shows exactly how your logo will appear on the product. You can request revisions until you're completely satisfied. Production only begins after you approve the final proof.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept U.S.-issued credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), certified school and government purchase orders, as well as checks and wire transfers.
